I am sure it makes you feel better inside :)<br><br>I wish I were moving there instead of where I am going - I would love to be your workout partner! I need a new one too :). I usually go by time on the elliptical - 45 -60 minutes works well for me. I also switch from going forward to backwards about every 10 minutes. You can do it too! little things, little changes, this way you're not feeling deprived or a slave to the gym...I think that's why I burned out originally before I gained the weight...overkill on the exercise....it's finding that happy medium in our lives...with our eating, our activity, our weight, all of it. Keep the positive thoughts, the thin thoughts...you'll get there!
