You won't find any

Crocus, Tulips or Daffodils here, but ...

the Giant Red Amaryllis by the back door won't let you forget that it's spring!

I love this time of year ... even here in Sunny South Florida with our mild winters, spring is still a time of reawakening. Mother Natures brilliant colors remind us how great it is just to be alive.

My, what stamens you have!

When God created winter he made up for it with Spring. Maybe he was telling us something. You cant have all the goodies on display. That would be pure greed.

Oh Coy!
That is an amazing picture!  It looks like it's done in pastels!  This is one I would buy as a greeting card or a print.  You gotta sell this stuff!  Happy Spring!  :o)

Does anyone else see the little fairy face peeking out from under the lowest red petal?  Amazingly fun!

My word!  That is so beautiful.  We are chasing bees out of our apartments.  They are injoying the Bouginvilla.  Our rain this winter has left us with the most posey filled spring in decades.  HI from Phoenix AZ

That is beautiful!  I thought it was a painting until I read your comments.  My posterize filter never does anything this clever ~ must be the artist behind the lens!  :)

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting your state!!!  It was neat seeing spring come to life as we traveled further south.  We could see the greenery and flowers in various stages.  Truly unique traveling during this time frame.  When we left it was cold but I really did tie down some warm air to our bumper and brought it to TN!  LOL
