Fog's Liftin' ... Mood's Shiftin'!

Ahhh ... the end of a perfect day in paradise and it's not even 8pm. I love this time of year, here in South Florida Valentine's Day weekend really marks the beginning of our spring season. I know that some of you will have to wait until after Easter ... I can't wait for that as much for you as for me! Things have been a little gloomy around here!

I stayed up late last night and played Dominoes (Chicken Foot), my Aunt Linda is in town. I love spending time with people who's lives are so much different from mine.

This morning I spent the entire morning on the phone with all three of my best friends, (not at the same time). It did cause me to get a much later start on my day than I had intended but it was worth it!

Once I did get out and about I ended up taking 220 photos! WooHoo!!!! my kind of Saturday. I think it was Mandy that figured out the key to my blue mood as of late, she noticed that I have not been getting out as much as I'm use to and that I have not been taking very many pictures. My little girl is so smart!

Bright beautiful photos and details on my day are to come ...

For a second there, I thought you said you weren't getting as much as you used to. Never mind taking pictures of it!
Now you know what's on MY mind! LOL!

My trees in the front yard are budding! Spring always follows close behind Mardi Gras here, no matter when Mardi Gras is!

It's hard to imagine spring around the corner anywhere...we've certainly got a ways to go.  You're little blossom is lovely...let's see the REST!  LOL!!!

I know getting out for photos usually does a lot for my state of mind.  I'm glad Mandy gave you a push.

Mandy is right. Staying home can get you down, especially at this time of year. I love grabbing my camera and getting out for while. The best part is then still to come ~ downloading my photo's when I get home.

Oh, I have had the blahs this weekend.  I finally have time to do something and I didn't want to do anything.  I'm not used to that.  Now I'm mad at myself for laying around.  But spring will help.
We get to kick off Easter and spring by coming to your neck of the woods - only quite a ways north of you.... Disney and then Cocoa Beach?  Do you think we will be able to swim in the pool by then in that part of FL?
Have a good rest of the weekend I'm looking forward to all the photos.
