Oh, this is beautiful Coy, Thank you for sharing it with me. I am sending warm hugs, and I am doing my best to count ALL my blessings.... that includes you. judi

This is a great entry, Coy.  I have been lax in visiting, distracted by many of the things you mention in your poem.  (loved the line about 49% of the crowd, that was a good one!)

Thanks for the reminder, and for reminding me to pay attention to the "Thanks" part of this upcoming Thanksgiving...

so, Thanks for all your kindness!
xxoo, Albert

Ahhh Coy - leave it to you for sending this timely reminder.  Beautifully expressed and presented.  Thank you.  I'm grateful for your J-Land-love.  xo

Well written.  I've found myself many times this month stopping and giving thanks for the littlest of things.  I think I have to in order to keep my sanity.

Thanks-for-Giving of yourself Coy !!

All the whining we all do and the rushing around, and the thoughts of Christmas, we seem to completely "MISS" Thanksgiving sometimes and the REAL meaning of it. ( and NO I don't mean the EATING part!!)

Blessings

Awww... this is really wonderful.  Great poem!  In my case, it was the flu.  But I'm willing to admit it was nice to take a break from the journaling world for a while.  Not journaling is almost as addictive as journaling itself!  :(
