YES! Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Meditation do it for me! Oh & when I used my Total Gym! I can't right now but man did I get energy. Also when I was more faithful to Aitkens! I'm still good on a few things! Remember it is NOT no carbs but making sure you eat good healthy carbs! You dod need carbs.

Also hang around kids! They have tons of energy and when you smile & have fun  you get energy.

Walking in nature! I get so much energy after I'm among the cricket sounds & trees blowing etc.

Help someone. I get so much energy when I help someone and make them happy.

Be Silly! Do something you did as a kid...even with some kids! Do you remember rolling down hills? I remember doing that with my niece! We had a blast! I'm also a big fan of drawing with Sidewalk chalk with my niece.

Well, that should get you started! :-)

Oh, Coy, I have a ton of suggestions...will limit my reply...

Do what you love to do.  Be good to yourself.  Avoid folks who are negative and/or aggravating.  Take a day and have fun.  Start a joy journal.  Soak in a bubble bath.  Rest, relax and read a good book...and the list goes on...and on...

I'd suggest any kind of exercise that you enjoy; running and yoga do it for me, but there's always something.  Control the body and let the mind run free ~ it does wonders for the creative process.

Give yourself time and space; relax.  Laugh often.  Eat well, both for fuel and pleasure.  Energy in is energy out.  Be kind to yourself and others.  Be in the moment.  Enjoy your life.

Happy New Year Coy!   :)

I would start with walking - and really paying attention to what is around you. Also meditation for a few mintues a day, paying attention to what is inside you.

I find getting the right amount of sleep really helps!  And for some reason this South Beach Diet I'm on has increased my energy level too....guess eating the right things also makes a difference.    And I find that doing some kind of mental exercises heps too...like sudoku puzzles...if you haven't done those yet give them a try they are great...start with the easy ones...you do have to like numbers....;)  oh and then lastly..some physical exercise...walking is good..I'm going to get back into rollerblading after all this rainy weather here in Seattle...:)
