Checking in real quick like! I have not posted an entry in 3 days and my in box has been filled with I miss you's and hope everything is OK messages. Thanks for missing me:-)
I haven't been away, I've had a pinched nerve in my shoulder since Wednesday morning. Ouuuuuch, It's excruciating pain and I am a stranger to pain. (Unless you count childbirth.)
On Wednesday I thought OK, this will go away by tomorrow, Thursday I figured out that it was a pinched nerve and then finally on Friday I went to the Doctor.
She gave me cortisone, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer. Should be good as new in a day or two:-)

Very sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Pinched nerves are NOT FUN! Glad to hear you are on the mend.
Muscle-relaxers... mmmmmmm.... ;-) I do hope you're feeling better! --Albert
pinched nerve is no fun as I've that myself. ewwww!!! but with your shots I'm sure you feel better. The best though, is the positive way you keep moving through your life and loving every moment and sharing it with loved ones. That to me is the best medicine anyone can take besides the pills and shots that are required to help the physical parts.Feel better real soon!!xxxooo
I know all too well about pinched nerves. Take care of yourself and come back out and play as soon as you feel better.
so glad you are ok!
Ouchhhhhh!!!! Take care of that shoulder!! That hurts. Eeek. ::cringe::
