The calm before Charley

This Mornings Quiet Glimpse at the calm before the storm.

No major storm preparation going on here, Charley is expected to make land fall this morning on the West Coast.

Here in Boca Raton we will be under tropical storm, tornado and flood watches all day today. We do expect to get a little wet.

Ach.  It's hurricane season.  For once, I'm not so close to the coast that I have to bite my fingers.  Still.. ugh... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys.  But then again, you *like* dancing in the rain, right?  LOL  Well.. not *that* much rain.  :P

Glad to her Charlie isn't knocking too close to your door. Used to live on Captiva Island, FL. Glad I'm not hunkered down there these days. But still fellas like Charlie can have a long arm. Be well and you'll be in our prayers.

Love the circular photo, you continue to amaze me.

Such a peaceful photo!  Be safe.  I hope it doesn't get bad by you.  BTW, I love the pic of you with your cockatoo.  I have parrotlets, budgies and a tiel.
